As VP, Services, I make our customers happy by delivering on our promises. Responsible for the Support, Taxonomy and Training teams; I look after the needs of our end users, taking them through implementation, enablement and training to an ongoing managed service with outstanding customer support.
I joined Artesian as Project Manager in 2012, responsible for the implementation and rollout of the platform with our Enterprise customers. I now bring that product and customer experience to managing the Services division. Prior to joining Artesian I worked in Communications for G4S and in Workflow and Content Management for Pearson Education.
Outside of Artesian, I am never happier than when I am with my family, no matter what we’re doing. If Walt Disney World is involved, be it on holiday or planning for a trip, that is the icing on the family cake.
